The success of any fundraiser relies on the participation and contributions of many, many people. To make the upcoming Spring Craft Fair & Bake Sale a success, we will need many volunteers to

prepare for the event

• make noodles (dates to be confirmed shortly)

• bake cakes, loaves, squares, cookies

• cook meals (4 portions) and freeze. German recipes that freeze well will be gathered and made available in February

• donate items for the Raffle

help out at the event. We need people to

• sell goods at the bake table

• sell tickets for meals (eat in or take out)

• sell raffle tickets (before & at the event)

• sell crafts at the St. John’s Crafters table

• sell noodles, preserves & coffee

• sell refreshments

help in the kitchen to

• prepare the food for the meal

• serve meals
