St. John’s Reading Group has moved to its next book: Reading Genesis, by Marilynne Robinson. “The novelist calls the Bible ‘a meditation on the problem of evil,’ which must reconcile the darker sides of humanity with God’s goodness, and the original goodness of being.” (James Wood, The New Yorker). We meet Wednesdays at 7 pm in the Hall. All are welcome.
